Refund policy

Freshness Guarantee — Every order is hand-picked at peak ripeness and packed the same day. Because fresh cherries are perishable we don't accept returns, but if anything isn't right with your order, contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery — call 250-486-1878 or email info@cherryblossomfruitstand.ca with your order number and a photo if possible — and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the season opens on July 6, 2026. In-season orders can be changed or cancelled for a full refund until your order is packed — typically 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup. Once packed or out for delivery we can't cancel, but the guarantee above still applies.

Missed pickups — Can't make it during 9–5? Call us and we'll hold your order or arrange another time.
