Our freshness guarantee

We want every box to arrive sweet, firm, and fresh. Because cherries are perishable we can't accept returns — but we stand completely behind our fruit.
Quality guarantee
If your cherries arrive damaged or below expectations, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with your order number and a photo — we'll offer a replacement or refund, your choice.
Cancellations & pre-orders
Pre-orders: full refund any time before the season opens July 6, 2026. In-season orders: full refund until your order is packed — typically 24 hours before delivery or pickup.
Missed deliveries
If your box is left as instructed, please refrigerate it as soon as possible. If a delivery fails because of an error on our end, we'll replace or refund it in full.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 business days.
